 | Incomparable cuisine. To satisfy the most influential critic of all -- you. |
From formal to casual, cuisine that has earned an ocean of critical acclaim. Whether it is in the famed Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch or dinner in classic Seabourn-style elegance, or anywhere else on board, the critical acclaim for Seabourn dining runs as deep as the seas we sail. One esteemed critic wrote: "The food was so good passengers ran out of superlatives." Yet another said: "The cuisine can easily compete with the best restaurants ashore But perhaps our proudest distinction is praise from our own guests.

Since Seabourn was launched 10 years ago, the average passenger rating for Seabourn cuisine-on a scale of I to 10-is 9.5. Such a number is unprecedented in cruising; in fact most other cruise lines would be pleased with a much lower rating. But, just as a sous chef keeps stirring the sauce, we never stop looking for ways to m the Seabourn dining experience better still.
How many ways does Seabourn cuisine stand out?
Relax, this could take days. Seabourn created the concept of dining "when you please, with whom you please" (a concept few other cruise lines can either promise or deliver). Now we add "where you please." Count the places you may enjoy the most highly regarded cuisine at sea: The Veranda Cafe serves breakfast and lunch, indoors or out. And casual theme and bistro dinners too, from exotic Far Eastern feasts to romantic Italian dinners. Frequently at the Sky Grill you'll enjoy an alfresco lunch grilled and served on deck.

Or a sumptuous, regionally inspired dinner served under the stars. Sometimes we'll take out Seabourn style: a "catered" barbecue on the beach, served on fine china and crystal. Don't feel like dressing for dinner? Don your bathrobe and tippers, tuck in your napkin and savor selections from the dinner menu, served in your suite, main course during evening dining hours. And of course there is suite service 24 hours a day. The menu is as varied and provocative as the flavors in a proper bouillabaisse.
Bon appetit? On Seabourn they say it many ways!
